Can more than one wedding be held at the same time on the estate? Are the spaces shared?
La Vega del Henares has three spaces for events within its estate on the A-2 motorway, twenty minutes from Madrid.
More than 500 hectares of extension offers the possibility of three well differentiated spaces, each in distinct surroundings and with independent entrances.
Each of its spaces, El Jardín de La Vega, El Cason de La Vega and La Quinta del Henares, has its own reception, kitchens, services, parking lots and other areas completely independent of the rest. No guest sees another and would not be aware of another event being held in the other spaces.
What capacities do the different spaces have including the reception rooms?
El Jardín de La Vega has a capacity of 300 dinner guests seated at round tables and 600 cocktail guests.
El Casón de La Vega has a maximum capacity of 600 dinner guests seated at round tables and 1.200 cocktail guests..
La Quinta del Henares has a maximum capacity of 160 dinner guests seated at round tables and 320 cocktail guests.

What parking facilities are there?
Each of the spaces in La Vega del Henares has its own separate parking lot, large enough to accommodate the number of guests described above.
Likewise, these car parks have capacity for coach parking, if this were the case.
What do the prices of the menus include? How much does the open bar cost? And the children's menu?
Our price is 155,00 € plus VAT per person, saturdays of May, June, July, August and September, (minimum 110 person).
Rest of days and months 150,00 € plus VAT per person, (minimum 110 person).
Included in this price is a welcome cocktail of 10 references and two show cooking or corners, and, later on, once seated, a first plate, a second course, dessert, coffee, liqueurs and four hours of open bar with a supper of your choice during open bar hours.
The DJ disco is included in this price until closing time.
The children’s menu has an approximate cost of €50.00 per child, the age group is undefined since we are frequently faced with teenagers of 17 years who still prefer children’s menu and children of 9 years who, when sitting at the adult table, are served an adult menu, as the parents want no distinction.
This is why the number of children’s menus has to be indicated by the hosts who know best their guests’ preferences.
Are there special menus for gluten intolerants, diabetics, vegetarians, etc?
We have all kinds of menus based on religious beliefs besides diet or health reasons.
And is there exclusivity in other services like photographers, discotheque, photo booth etc?
We do not have exclusive photographers or other additional services; the client can hire any professional as long as he is registered in his corresponding guild and so be accredited to the estate before the event.
Our discotheque is with first class equipment and DJ’s.
What is the closing time? Until what time can there be dancing with music and open bar?
For midday weddings, the closing time is 01.00am the day after the event.
For afternoon / evening weddings, the closing time is 06.00am the day after the event.
Is it possible to have an open-air disco?
Yes, as long as weather permits. Our spaces have an outdoor area where any activity can be carried out.
Is there a hotel in the estate for overnight stays?
La Vega del Henares does not have a hotel inside its installations but there are hotels at the exit of estate which cater for our customers, with no need to drive out to the motorway.
What steps must be taken to place a reservation?
To proceed to reserve a date for an event in La Vega del Henares, it is necessary to leave a deposit as a guarantee to block the date, and which will subsequently be deducted from the final price.
La Vega del Henares will issue an invoice in which date and chosen space will be specified and thereby reserved for the customer to celebrate the event.
